How we credit the images and text we use, how to tell us if we have used something we should not have, and how we handle errors.
Who owns what
© 2026 Bambu Langkawi. Unless a credit says otherwise, the text, photographs and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. AI-assisted material is covered in our AI Policy. Please read our Terms of Use before reusing anything.
Images and third-party material
The images on this site come from four sources:
- Our own photographs, including the Bambu Getaway property photos.
- Openly licensed photos, such as images from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons licences. Where a licence needs a credit, the credit appears under the image and the licence applies to that image, not to the rest of the site.
- Free stock photos, such as images from Pexels under the Pexels licence. Those photos may show people, buildings or brands that have their own rights. A stock photo is illustrative and does not imply that the person, place or brand shown endorses us.
- AI-generated illustrations, described as illustrative in their image descriptions. See the AI Policy.
Think we have used your work? Tell us
We respect other people's rights and act quickly on a valid complaint. Contact us through bambugetaway.com and mention Bambu Langkawi and the name of the policy in your message, and include:
- what your work is and where it appears, with the web address of the page on our site;
- how you can show you own it or act for the owner;
- your name and a way to reach you;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information you give is accurate and, if you are acting for the owner, that you are authorised to do so.
We will review the complaint, and we may remove or replace the material while we do. Please do not send false complaints, which can have legal consequences. If you think we removed something by mistake, tell us and we will review it.
Corrections
We aim to be accurate, and travel details change. If you spot an error, an out-of-date price, rule or schedule, or a statement we cannot support, tell us through bambugetaway.com and mention Bambu Langkawi and the name of the policy in your message. We check it against an official or primary source. If we agree, we fix the guide, update the date where the post shows one, and, for a significant change, add a note saying what changed and when. We do not quietly rewrite a factual error that could have misled you.
